郭媛瑜，女，1990年9月生，山西太原人，经营学博士，师从日本著名经济学家、原东京大学藤本隆宏教授及弟子10余年，以中日美数家企业为切入点，提出新时代企业产品与组织动态匹配性的二元模式及影响。美国斯坦福大学、加州伯克利大学、加州大学洛杉矶分校访问学者。
